Elle Sillanpää is a Finnish Photographer and Filmmaker living in London. She started her professional career working as a fashion model and after nearly a decade in the industry moved to working behind the camera. She has screened her film work internationally at several prestigious festivals and has BA and MA in Filmmaking, and a PGCERT in Academic Practice in Art, Design and Communication. In recent years she has turned her focus from filmmaking more towards photography and back to her roots of working in fashion. In addition to Elle's creative practice she also teaches both photography and filmmaking at London College of Fashion (UAL) and has done so for the past 9 years.
