DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY

Short art film commissioned by the Creative Campus Initiative for the 2012 Olympic Games.

100m was a curated showcase of ten best art pieces commissioned by the CCI out of a total of hundred new art and research based creative responses.

This film was screened on BBC Big Screens for 6 months and exhibited on the CCI touring exhibition, together with work by Andrew Kötting and Iain Sinclair, from September 2011 till the Olympics summer 2012.

The film was created as an artistic collaboration with music composer Laurence Llewellyn and filmmaker Elle Sillanpää. The music was performed by the London College of Music Chamber Orchestra. Film features olympic synchronised divers Rebecca Gallantree and Stacey Powell.
